Overall 4.3
Rated on a scale of 1-5. 1 being very poor and 5 being excellent.

Parking as gotten better, but there are times when there are only handicapped spots left to park in. Noise levels are not bad unless I am in my bedroom. The walls from my closet to my neighbors allows me to hear even when their alarm clock goes off in the morning and everything that goes on in the connecting room. Outside appearence of the building is great however, inside there is always something spilled or garbage in the hallways. Just last night, I stepped in urine in the elevator and there was a puddle outside the elevator on the 5th floor. The gym floor and equiptment is always dirty. Also, one treadmill and one eliptical are broken. Staff is always pleasent and helpful and the new management has done so much in the past few months. Im glad to see the changes! I would reccomend these loft to someone, I love living here. Overall, I would just like to see the gym cleaner and maintanced more often.

If you're looking for a place, that's conveniently located downtown, has friendly neighbors, outgoing staff and pet lovers... this is the place for you. I do not have anything negative to say about this place and cannot wait to renew my lease next year. Maintainence is quick and efficent, and respectful of your loft. The overall Cupples team gets an A+ in my book everytime.

While overall, Cupples Station is a great place to live, there are a couple of improvements that could be made. The hallways and stairways could be kept a little cleaner (there is often cigarette butts in the stairwell and trash in the halls) and maintain the fitness equipment better. The two elliptical machines are both out of whack and that can be detrimental as well as making the machine more difficult to use. It would just be nice to have properly functioning equipment - I love having a fitness center on-site and would use it more if everything worked well. Thank you for taking these things into consideration.

I think this is a fairly reasonable community to reside in. The parking arrangements leave a lot to be desired. The facilitis seem to be kept fairly well, though weekends seem to be a bit of a challenge as far as cleaniliness. I appreciate the friendly, knowledgeable and attentive staff. Noise levels seem to rise a bit on the weekends as well, but I resign myself to the fact that's living in a community as such as oppose to single family dwelling which I have been accustom. This is the first communal property that I have resided in and I can honestly say this is shaping up to be a pleasureable experience.
